Main Responsibilities:

Administration of Learning Platforms (LMS & Coursera): Managing access, assigning training, and ensuring the course catalog is up-to-date on Allegro’s key development platforms

Technical Support for Employees: Acting as the "first line of support" for resolving ongoing technical and substantive issues related to L&D systems (e.g., handling inquiries on dedicated Slack channels)

Coordination of Training Logistics: Operationally supporting training processes – from booking dates and managing attendance lists to collecting feedback from participants

Onboarding Process Management: Co-leading and supervising the systemic part of general and leadership onboarding, ensuring every new hire has a smooth start in the organization

Data Analysis and Reporting: Preparing cyclical reports on training usage and learning progress, with high attention to detail and a "vision of the end" (delivering ready-to-use insights, not just raw numbers)

Process Optimization (Striving for Simplicity): Actively seeking ways to automate repetitive tasks within L&D systems to make processes faster and more user-friendly

Project Collaboration: Supporting the Talent & Growth team in implementing new educational initiatives and campaigns promoting a continuous learning culture

You have a background in administration: Ideally with experience in HR processes

You are detail-oriented: You take pride in being meticulous and feel comfortable handling large volumes of data with high accuracy

You are a master of organization: You have excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment

You are a linguist at heart: Your English is at an upper-intermediate level or higher (min. B2)

You are tech-savvy: You are proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace, with a solid command of Excel and Word
