Main Responsibilities

Develop, automate, and maintain critical dashboards for the Payments area, focusing on key metrics like conversion rates, payment errors, and funnel drop-offs.

Act as a data partner for Product Managers providing the analytical "why" behind product performance.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses on new feature launches and present clear, data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.

Identify analytical gaps or data quality issues and propose technical solutions under the mentorship of senior team members

Set up future A/B tests and perform post-test analysis to determine the impact of a change.

Participate in future customer research initiatives by defining target groups and interpreting behavioral data to drive user-centric product changes.
Who we are looking for
-
Have at least 1-2 years of experience in the role of data analyst or data engineer (experience gained in consulting or financial institution is most welcome)

Are independent, proactive, inquisitive and meticulous, eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities

Know how to transform data into knowledge, draw conclusions and give insightful recommendations

Know SQL fluently, write complex SQL queries, have experience in SQL query optimization

Have some experience in data visualization (preferably Tableau / Looker Studio)

Care about repeatability and reusability of code (knowledge of GIT is an advantage)

Have worked with Python in data processing and analytics context (nice to have)

Know Polish (at least on C1 level) and English (at least on B2 level)
