Junior Talent Sourcer

Your main responsibilities:
Full ownership of inbound candidate management:
- Review and screen all ATS applications for assigned roles.
- Provide timely and high-quality shortlists to recruiters.
- Ensure candidate experience standards are met by responding to applicants quickly and professionally.
- Conduct initial candidate qualification calls (pre-screens):
- Manage pre-screening calls for recruitment roles in both Business and Technology areas.
- Act as the first point of human contact for candidates, representing the company brand and assessing basic fit.
Support proactive sourcing efforts:
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and niche platforms to build simple longlists and pipelines for entry-level to mid-level roles.
- Collaborate with senior sourcers to learn advanced sourcing techniques.
Data and process management:
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and sourcing CRM.
- Prepare interview materials and ensure administrative accuracy throughout the funnel.
Advocate for top talent:
- Actively flag and promote high-potential candidates to recruiters and hiring managers, even if the match is not role-specific.
- Think beyond individual requisitions to help place candidates where they will thrive.
Continuous learning and development:

- Seek guidance and mentorship from senior team members to grow skills in advanced sourcing and market research.

- You have a basic understanding of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS such as SAP).
- You can build targeted longlists from LinkedIn and internal ATS with guidance.
- You are curious and eager to learn advanced sourcing methods.
- You write clearly and effectively, creating outreach templates and reviewing applications.
- You pay close attention to detail, ensuring accurate data management and candidate tracking.
- You have a positive, proactive mindset and are open to feedback and learning.
- You are committed to providing an excellent candidate experience, even at the early stages of the funnel.
- You have basic knowledge of recruitment processes, funnel management, and talent market dynamics.
