Responsibilities
- You will provide legal support for the Company’s day-to-day operations, with a particular focus on all matters related to labor law, including both individual and collective labor law.
- You will ensure appropriate legal solutions are in place for projects carried out within the HR area of the Company.
- You will provide legal advice, opinions, clarifications, and consultations, particularly in the field of individual and collective labor law.
- You will be responsible for drafting contracts, internal regulations, procedures, and other required documentation.
- You will monitor and analyze ongoing changes in labor law regulations, including developments in international labor law.
- You will provide substantive support to other Company teams, especially those operating in the HR area.
- You will maintain regular contact with the person responsible for employee relations within the HR department.
- You will be in constant contact with foreign advisors and international colleagues and partners of the Company.
- You will take part in internal investigations conducted within the Company.
- You will communicate with relevant authorities and institutions.
- You will actively participate in legal proceedings, including those related to labor law.
We are looking for people who
- Have a university degree in law
- Are currently undergoing attorney-at-law or advocate training
- Have at least one year of experience working as a lawyer in a corporate legal department or a law firm, with hands-on knowledge of individual and collective labor law – this is a must-have requirement
- Are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and able to communicate freely with international clients, manage projects, and provide legal advice in English
- Feel comfortable coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously and are able to set appropriate priorities
- Demonstrate discretion and a high level of personal professionalism
- Are highly organized and thrive in a multitasking environment
