Job description

Your main responsibilities:

Temporary assignment (15 months) 


- Develop and implement strategies for specialist, expert and managerial recruitment for business roles at the group level (commerce, marketing, corporate functions etc.) 
- Collaborate with Business Unit leadership to ensure recruitment strategy implementation and operational excellence. 
- Work with Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and HR Business Partner teams to understand recruitment processes and use data to improve them.
- Lead and manage a team of mid - to senior -level Talent Acquisition professionals.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including finding, negotiating, and signing deals, as well as overseeing contract execution and commercial aspects.
- Analyze data to establish key performance metrics and use insights to influence stakeholders in the recruitment cycle.
- Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to create value offers for specific target groups.
- Work closely with other HR teams to support Allegro's future business growth.

- You are proven leader with at least 5 years of experience in managing the recrutment team
- You have ability to lead and develop a team based on data and metrics in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
- You have easiness at establishing the rapport with multiple external vendors from various geographies.
- You have strong strategic thinking capability.
- You thrive in an environment where business acumen and ability to navigate through ambiguity matter.
- You are fluent in Polish and English.
