Job description

Your main responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Business Impact: Develop annual plans for your team and co-create the broader marketing and sales strategy for financial services.
  • Budget & Forecasting: Manage budgets, prepare financial forecasts, and optimize activities to ensure team KPIs and financial results are achieved.
  • Team Leadership: Build scalable collaboration structures, mentor team members, allocate resources, and support long-term talent development within a defined vision.
  • Problem Solving & Lifecycle Management: Identify and solve complex challenges across the entire customer lifecycle (eligibility, onboarding, transactions, GMV, and retention).
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Conduct root-cause analysis using various data sources and implement comprehensive, technology-driven solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Design and improve cross-organizational processes between Product, Operations, Data, Risk, Legal, Finance, and other Business Units.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Independently lead communication with other business departments and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare precise, highly structured documents (e.g., using the pyramid principle) tailored for Senior Leadership and Executive Teams.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: 7–10 years of experience in marketing or sales within a financial institution or in providing services to such institutions.

  • Industry Expertise: Advanced understanding of e-commerce platform operations, mechanics of financial services, and how marketing actions impact product P&L.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Basic understanding of relevant regulations, including the Consumer Credit Act and Banking Law.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven and factual approach with a proven track record of using data to drive decisions, mitigate risks, and optimize processes.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information in a structured, evidence-based manner.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English (B2/C1) and Polish.

 

     Nice to have (Bonus points):

  • Knowledge of customer retention strategies, including digital media, marketing automation, and CRM.

  • Experience with brand-building activities and ATL (Above the Line) campaigns.

  • A proven track record of successful Go-To-Market (GTM) projects.

  • Familiarity with UX/UI optimization or product management related to financial services.
