Your main responsibilities:

We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Partner Quality Monitoring Specialist. You’ll be responsible for monitoring policy violations and ensuring the quality of our partners’ sales.

Your daily challenges:

  • You’ll handle issues related to violations of Allegro’s Terms of Service and applicable laws
  • You’ll have a real impact on how Allegro operates and ensures security
  • You’ll take responsibility for improving Sales Quality and seller support, as well as increasing customer satisfaction with transactions on Allegro
  • You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with communication guidelines between customers and partners
  • You’ll work closely with the teams responsible for transaction security on Allegro and Customer Service

 

This is the right job for you if:

  • They excel at analyzing text and data and are able to make decisions quickly
  • They are able to work with large amounts of data
  • They are able to efficiently gather, verify, and analyze information from open sources (OSINT)
  • They understand the importance of sales quality and transaction security and pay attention to even the smallest details
  • They are proficient in using artificial intelligence (AI)-based tools
  • They have operational experience gained in security departments or back-office roles
  • They are thorough, responsible, committed, and meticulous
  • They are open to collaboration and able to work as part of a team
  • They can work with focus and under time pressure
  • Have a good command of written and spoken English (at least B1 level)
  • Are available to work shifts (afternoons and weekends
  • Knowledge of data analysis (e.g., SQL) is a plus
