Partner Support Specialist (Partner Activation and Development Team)

Your main responsibilities:
The Partner Activation and Development Team is responsible for building proactive communication with our Partners to promote and increase the share of fast deliveries and Same Day Dispatch orders (orders shipped on the same day they are placed). To effectively support our Partners, we work closely with multiple teams across the company, including Technology, Logistics, and Commercial.
What will your day-to-day work involve?
- Running outbound campaigns aimed at increasing the share of products dispatched on the same day an order is placed.
- Taking a proactive approach to activating and engaging our Partners, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships.
- Developing lasting business relationships through regular phone and email communication with our Partners.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.

- You confidently apply sales and partner activation techniques in your daily work and can adapt your approach to meet each Partner's individual needs.
- You have strong negotiation skills that enable you to effectively achieve outbound campaign objectives.
- You have experience working towards sales targets and are results-oriented.
- You enjoy working with people and genuinely value building relationships through conversation.
- You communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written, at a B1/B2 level.
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with e-commerce stores or online sellers is a plus.
