Principal Product Manager - Recommendation and Product Relations

Your main responsibilities:

Defining and executing cross-unit product strategy including utilizing AI potential, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.

Leading multiple products and programs in collaboration with Product Managers and other (tech & non-tech) stakeholders but without a formal authority or direct reports.

Showcasing the ownership for the business impact and metrics of products and using a systematic framework to ensure that new ideas are prioritized consistently.

Setting key KPIs for the business goals and assessing if and why the success is reached.

Collaborating with tech & non-tech stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring a customer-centric approach. Managing stakeholders on various levels of seniority - from experts to executive team.

Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points to make informed product decisions.

Orchestrating implementation of new solutions, deciding whether to work on specific solutions or to give up existing ones.

Encourage the prototype-based, scalable approach to testing solutions - move fast.

When a product doesn't perform as it should, challenging current assumptions, drawing conclusions and proposing improvements in your domain.

Preparing strategic product concepts, business justifications and business cases for new initiatives (mostly in written narrative format eg. PR/FAQ).
This is the right job for you if you have:

8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products including related to recommendation engine and algorithms.

Previous experience with Machine Learning based solutions.

Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and synthesising skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product plans.

Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to advocate for the customer throughout the product development process.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of various levels.

Structured way of working.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (Polish & English min C1), with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
