- Owning the problem space and the solutions for your product area, partnering with your cross-functional engineering team to discover, design, and deliver solutions that align with strategic business objectives and drive measurable results.
- Defining the strategic problems your team will tackle, focusing on achieving business outcomes rather than just delivering features, and being accountable for the product's results.
- Driving continuous product discovery and delivery within the Merchant Listing domain (Adding Offers and Products), from deeply understanding merchant needs, assessing value, usability, feasibility, and viability risks, to ensuring the successful go-to-market and ongoing evolution of solutions that achieve necessary outcomes.
- Fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across various teams and with stakeholders, providing clear strategic context to ensure alignment on objectives and shared understanding.
- Delivering impactful outcomes for merchants by leading an empowered, cross-functional product team, working directly with stakeholders, Commerce, Legal, engineering teams, data analysts, UX designers, researchers, and other product managers, leveraging their collective expertise.
- Proactively running continuous product discovery to identify and validate opportunities that improve merchant experience and key product performance indicators, while defining clear success metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of solving problems.
