Product Manager - Allegro Finance PSP
Poznań, PL, 61-569 Kraków, PL, 31-503
About the job
We’re building something extraordinary - and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to take the wheel:) As part of the team and project our mission is to launch a new Payment Service Provider (PSP) that will power secure, seamless money movement across the Allegro and Allegro Finance ecosystem. To make that happen, we’re seeking a Product Manager who will temporarily step in to lead critical development initiatives - ensuring that our financial backbone remains as innovative as it is reliable.
You’ll be joining the FinTech team, a group of passionate builders who thrive on solving complex challenges with smart, scalable tech. Together, you’ll work on the heart of our PSP operations - shaping mechanisms that ensure security, transparency and flawless financial flow.
Your key focus areas will include:
-
Building our proprietary wallet solution - the beating heart of our PSP, designed for performance, scalability and resilience.
-
Designing and refining a reconciliation engine - a system ensuring every transaction is accurate, consistent and fully traceable.
-
Automating funding & sealing processes - streamlining financial operations so that every movement of funds is secure, instant and transparent.
If you’re energized by FinTech innovation, love diving deep into complex systems and want to see your work directly influence how millions of transactions happen every day - this is your kind of challenge.
This is a temporary position, offering the opportunity to make a strong impact in a key strategic area.
Your main responsibilities:
-
Define and drive the vision and strategy for fintech products, ensuring clear communication of value to customers, engineering teams, business stakeholders and market
-
Develop and manage the product roadmap and milestones prioritizing products and enhancements to deliver maximum impact.
-
Define requirements and validating business needs related to cash flow in PSP.
-
Ensure data quality, usability, and effective management processes.
-
Define the strategic problems your team will tackle, focusing on achieving business outcomes rather than just delivering features, and being accountable for the product's results.
-
Drive continuous product discovery and delivery, from deeply understanding users’ needs, assessing value, usability, feasibility, and viability risks, to ensuring the successful go-to-market and ongoing evolution of solutions that achieve necessary outcomes.
-
Write well-structured and to the point documents to present the strategy, product development plan and your work.
-
Collaborate with engineering, technical leaders and support teams to ensure smooth product launches and effective post-launch support. Build strong relationships with diverse internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the product lifecycle.
This is the right job for you if:
-
Proven experience in product management, ideally at the intersection of fintech, product, technology, AI.
-
Hands-on expertise in driving the entire product delivery cycle: from discovery and implementation to post-launch improvements.
-
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills. Building empowered teams that solve real problems and have the understanding and focus to build great outcomes over just output
-
Experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
-
Having a strong sense of ownership and collaborating closely with others to solve problems.
-
An individual comfortable communicating in Polish (C1) and English (B2).
What's in it for you

-
A 16" or 14" MacBook Pro or corresponding Dell with Windows (if you don't like Macs) and all the necessary accessories.
-
A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g., medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).
