Team: Deals & Campaigns – Consumer Inspiration
Allegro’s development teams include 1700+ IT professionals building one of the most complex and high-scale e-commerce platforms in Europe. We’re creating advanced tools and systems that power shopping journeys for millions of users—every single day.
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Deals & Campaigns domain and take ownership of our Content Automation & Publication Tools. This role is central to Allegro’s Consumer Inspiration strategy, driving internal systems that make inspirational content scalable, automated, and AI-powered.
You will lead the development of core internal tools like Content Planner and Popart Editor, enabling faster, cheaper, and more dynamic creation of inspirational surfaces across the site—such as Homepage modules, Cross-category Pages, or Ready-Made Sets.
You’ll also contribute to broader strategic initiatives like campaign readiness tooling (for Smart! Week, Black Week, etc.) and the Content Supply Chain transformation, in close collaboration with the AI, MarAdTech, Platform, and Marketing Technology teams.
What will you work on?
As a Product Manager, your work will span strategy, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to bring inspirational content to life at scale:
Lead automation and tooling strategy
- Define and drive the roadmap for Content Automation and Publication tools
- Accelerate editorial workflows through AI-driven translation, tagging, and data source generation
- Integrate planning and preview flows (e.g. Content Planner - Obpox Studio)
Collaborate across Allegro domains
- Support platform and campaign-related initiatives like Smart Week and Black Week
- Work closely with teams across Consumer, Brand, Ads, and Own Media to ensure tooling meets evolving business needs
Drive key inspirational initiatives
- Enable scalable creation of inspirational surfaces such as Ready-Made Sets and Cross-category Pages
- Contribute to the rollout of Content Supply Chain foundations with reusable modules and structured workflows
Work with AI, MarAdTech teams
- Integrate SEO Fairy and Prezentownik AI into editorial and automation workflows
- Add personalization via Marketing Content Management platforms or Content Optimization tools
Deliver measurable product impact
- Own KPIs like % of editorial workload automated, tooling adoption, and efficiency gains
