We are looking for a passionate and proactive Product Manager with a strong focus on user experience to drive crucial functionalities for Allegro users. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering solutions in the area of Customer Experience on the platform (e.g., contact channels, quality management and monitoring, contact automation, survey research management, customer relationship management). The team is working in parallel on new implementation projects as well as maintaining and optimizing several, already implemented services and solutions. You will be in charge of working with stakeholders and product and engineering teams to deliver value for users and shape their experience on Allegro.
In your daily work, you will be primarily responsible for:
- Collaborating with others, knowing when and how to lead and when to collaborate and follow to achieve common objectives, continuously improving collaboration further. You collaborate across product areas to solve problems that matter and create clarity for audiences by effectively articulating the most important messages in the most appropriate style for your audience. You establish a continuous improvement mindset and culture.
- You independently manage stakeholders, involving them strategically to ensure support and establish long-lasting relationships with them based on mutual respect, trust and benefit.
- You engage team members and stakeholders with a compelling product vision and bring all relevant information to the team that is required to understand their impact, importance and future direction, while giving them the stability they need to be productive. You are able to convince your environment to support and follow your proposition using valid arguments, oriented towards the organization's goal.
- You are a true thought partner and peer for the corresponding Manager, Engineering and UX Design counterpart (e.g. for joint prioritization, improving the team’s processes).
We are looking for people with:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management (product discovery, creating product strategy, roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, stakeholder cooperation).
- Experience in designing and implementing changes based on A/B testing and data analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies and managing product backlogs.
- Ability to see the product through the eyes of the users and understand their needs.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
- Experience in AI/ML solutions (not a must, but beneficial given our strategic direction to leverage AI for data extraction, enrichment, compliance, and name quality assessment)
