Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to work with a newly established team within the Product Catalog area. Your mission will be to transform the customer journey by introducing structured, high-integrity product data across Allegro’s key verticals.

This is the right job for you if you:

- Build a culture of continuous improvement by testing innovative ideas, questioning unproductive processes, and building strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
- Lead with context, not control, by defining clear problem statements and desired measurable outcomes, ensuring the team has durable autonomy to make decisions.
- Own medium-term goals (6–12 months) and demonstrate strong product craft by independently achieving objectives with moderate supervision.
- Contribute to product strategy by identifying key customer or business problems aligned with market insights and tracking trends, including AI and automation.
- Drive a continuous discovery cycle by consistently gathering evidence against valuable, usable, feasible, and viable risks (VUVF) before committing significant engineering resources.
- Accelerate learning and discovery by utilizing AI-assisted insight tools and low-code/no-code prototypes to validate ideas quickly and cheaply.
- Collaborate with engineering to enable small, frequent, and independent releases, ensuring the delivery of production-quality solutions that achieve verifiable business outcomes.

This is the right job for you if:

  • Have a proven track record as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment.
  • Are an expert in collaborating with others, knowing how to lead or follow to achieve common objectives.
  • Can independently manage stakeholders up to Executive level, building long-lasting relationships based on trust.
  • Possess a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to establish this culture within your team.
  • Are a true thought partner for Engineering and UX Design counterparts to drive joint prioritization.
  • Have experience in Agile methodologies and managing complex product backlogs.
  • Can translate complex business requirements into clear technology roadmaps and vice versa.
  • Know English at minimum B2 level and Polish at minimum C1 level.

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

  • Developing and executing the tech-platform-product vision, roadmaps, and timelines for the Product Catalog.
  • Leading a development team to deliver features that introduce standardized product data, improving naming consistency and imagery.
  • Engaging team members and stakeholders with a compelling product vision, ensuring they understand their impact and future direction.
  • Managing and prioritizing the product backlog to align with strategic goals.
  • Facilitating communication across different teams to ensure everyone is aligned on the Enhanced Category Experience goals.

What's in it for you:

  • Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.
  • Long term discretionary incentive plan based on Allegro.eu shares (restricted stock units).
  • Annual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.
  • Well-located offices (with e.g. fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs).
  • A 16" or 14" MacBook Pro or corresponding Dell with Windows and all necessary accessories.
  • A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan (e.g., medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance).
  • English classes paid for by the company, related to the specific nature of your job.
  • Training budget, inter-team tourism, hackathons, and an internal learning platform.
  • An additional day off for volunteering.
  • Social events (Spin Kilometers, Family Day, Fat Thursday, Advent of Code).
