Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to work with a newly established team within the Product Catalog area. Your mission will be to transform the customer journey by introducing structured, high-integrity product data across Allegro’s key verticals.

- Are an expert in collaborating with others, knowing how to lead or follow to achieve common objectives.
- Can independently manage stakeholders up to Executive level, building long-lasting relationships based on trust.
- Possess a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to establish this culture within your team.
- Are a true thought partner for Engineering and UX Design counterparts to drive joint prioritization.
- Have experience in Agile methodologies and managing complex product backlogs.
- Can translate complex business requirements into clear technology roadmaps and vice versa.
- Know English at minimum B2 level and Polish at minimum C1 level.
In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
- Developing and executing the tech-platform-product vision, roadmaps, and timelines for the Product Catalog.
- Leading a development team to deliver features that introduce standardized product data, improving naming consistency and imagery.
- Engaging team members and stakeholders with a compelling product vision, ensuring they understand their impact and future direction.
- Managing and prioritizing the product backlog to align with strategic goals.
- Facilitating communication across different teams to ensure everyone is aligned on the Enhanced Category Experience goals.
