In the Consumer domain, we create and maintain customer-facing applications that help millions of clients each day to complete their purchases. We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to lead strategic goals within our Post Purchase domain and oversee our unique charity platform.
This is the right job for you if you:
- Have proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within a complex, fast-paced technology environment.
- Possess strong technical fluency, with a documented ability to work closely with development teams and manage technological dependencies.
- Are a master of stakeholder management, comfortable presenting ideas and reporting to Directors and C-level executives.
- Have a high communication culture, characterized by assertiveness, clarity, and the ability to align diverse teams (UX, Analysts, Researchers, Business, CX).
- Can bridge high-level strategic thinking with technical detail to ensure architectural solutions fit organizational needs.
- Are experienced in Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs to align with strategic goals.
- Know English at B2 level or higher and Polish at C1 level
In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
- Leading strategic goals: Spearhead "Navigation & GenAI" to simplify entry points like My Allegro and Purchase History, using GenAI to personalize the customer journey.
- Product execution: Actively implement new solutions for Post Purchase products, including Auction Listing, the Cancellation process, and the My Allegro Tab.
- Charity platform management: Improve processes for the GOCC support platform, coordinating across Legal, CSR, PR, and Partner teams to manage charity auctions and donations.
- Roadmap development: Operationalize high-level vision plans into actionable roadmaps for Navigation and Merchant Cancellations.
