Resilience Specialist (Insurance&Risk)

We are looking for a person who will manage insurance-related matters within our organization, including the coordination and administration of property insurance policies across our group. The role will also provide support in the area of enterprise risk management and may include responsibilities related to business continuity. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of insurance processes and an interest in strengthening the organization’s overall resilience.
Your main responsibilities:

Insurance Portfolio Management: Supporting the management of the corporate insurance portfolio, including active participation in policy reviews, renewal processes, and ensuring continuous coverage and regulatory compliance.

Claims Handling Coordination: Aiding in the coordination of claims handling processes, including ongoing collaboration with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure prompt and appropriate resolution.

Process Enhancement: Proposing improvements in processes related to business resilience, and solving non-standard cases beyond standard procedure descriptions.

Risk Management Process Support: Supporting the full corporate risk management cycle, including assisting with the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of organizational risks.

Operational Resilience Support: Following and ensuring the effective application and adherence to established policies and procedures supporting overall organizational resilience.
This is the right job for you, if you:

Have at least 3 years of experience in managing corporate insurance policies (timely renewals, defining policy scope, arranging new policies, claims settlement).

Have experience in risk management, business continuity or operational resilience.

You have specialized education in Risk Management, Insurance, Economics.

Have the ability to efficiently organize their work schedule and set priorities.

Have analytical and unconventional thinking abilities.

Quickly assimilate new subjects and search for and synthesize information.

Have a strong command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.

Have good communication skills.

Are familiar with ISO standards 31000, COSO ERM.

Any of below is nice to have: Insurance broker certificate, ISO 31000 Risk Manager.
