About the Team:

The FinanceTech team is responsible for the development and maintenance of IT systems that support the area of corporate finance. We work with systems such as SAP, IBM Cognos, and Kyriba. We ensure that financial, controlling, and procurement processes run efficiently with the support of IT systems.

As a SAP Security & Authorization Specialist you will be responsible for managing access and permission across SAP services, eliminating the risk of permission conflicts between all SAP users - Segregation of Duties (SoD), maintaining roles and authorization matrix for SAP processes. This role ensures the stability, performance, and security of the SAP environment by collaborating with IT and business teams.

Your main responsibilities:

  • User Management: Managing user accounts and permissions to ensure security and appropriate access levels

  • Creating and maintaining system roles, granting access to the users.

  • Compliance issues monitoring: Regularly monitoring of system logs, investigating the issue, and eliminating the risk

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving any technical issues within the SAP environment

  • Collaboration: Working closely with other IT teams and business stakeholders to align the SAP system with organizational needs and goals

  • Documentation: Maintaining thorough documentation related to configurations, processes, and any changes made to the system

This is the right job for you if have:

  • Proven experience in SAP Security and Authorization, including role design and user management

  • Good understanding of SAP modules (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA) and their authorization concepts

  • Have worked with SAP GRC / Fire Fighter 

  • Experience in working with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems

  • Analytical skills, with a focus on process optimization

  • Collaborative and goal-oriented approach

  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development

  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
