You’ll be joining the FinTech team, a group of passionate builders who thrive on solving complex challenges with smart, scalable tech.

Your main responsibilities:

• Building and shaping the long-term vision and strategy for the Payments/Allegro Finance domain, focused on creating an outstanding customer experience.

• Defining and executing the systems and product development roadmap for the Allegro Finance business to meet consumer needs and successfully deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Creating the product domain roadmap and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards from both a product and technology perspective.

• Performance management, mentoring, and career development of your direct reports, including Product Managers and Engineering Managers.

• Leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategic product decisions, uncover new opportunities, and optimize existing processes.

• Collaborating effectively with Engineers, Data Analysts, Business Stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand needs and clearly communicate priorities.

• Building and maintaining effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across a large organization.

Job requirements:

• Extensive working experience in product management, particularly in senior/managerial roles within a complex technological environment.

• In-depth knowledge of the FinTech industry and the payments landscape.

• Proven experience in managing multiple, cross-functional teams.

• The ability to think strategically and translate high-level vision into concrete, actionable plans.

• A highly structured and organized way of working and problem-solving.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaborate across departments within a large, dynamic organization.

• Excellent written and spoken English.
