We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Consumer Inspiration area and take ownership of our solutions that is responsible for building the inspirational shopping path.
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping long and short-term strategy and build products that deliver real business value.
This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders, engineers, designers and other teams to turn ideas into impactful solutions. From researching opportunities and defining products to guiding them through a full life cycle, you’ll ensure they not only meet customers, company and stakeholder needs but are also convenient, efficient and optimized in how we allocate time and people.
This is a temporary position, offering the opportunity to make a strong impact in a key strategic area.
Main responsibilities
- Define and drive the vision and strategy for Consumer Inspiration area products, ensuring clear communication of value to customers, engineering teams, business stakeholders and market.
- Gather and analyze customer insights, translating customers problems or needs into actionable product requirements through close interaction with internal clients.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap and milestones (1-3 years perspective) prioritizing products and enhancements to deliver maximum impact.
- Collaborate with engineering, technical leaders, executives, and support teams to ensure smooth product launches and effective post-launch support.
- Establish and track key success metrics to measure product performance and guide continuous improvement.
- Write well-structured and to the point documents to present the strategy, product development plan and your work.
- Co-create the business value and business case together with the controlling team.
- Looking proactively for new business opportunities and constantly seeking new options for bringing value to our customers in the dynamic market circumstances.
- Build strong relationships with diverse internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout the product lifecycle.
We are looking for:
- Proven experience in product management, ideally at the intersection of product, technology, AI and marketing/ content operations.
- Hands-on expertise in driving the entire product delivery cycle: from discovery and implementation to post-launch improvements.
- Strong ability to align cross-domain initiatives and manage diverse stakeholders in a complex environment.
- Skilled in defining, monitoring and reviewing product KPIs, with a clear understanding of input vs. output measures and business growth levers.
- Experience in building quarterly product plans and multi-quarter product visions, including setting clear increments and expected outcomes.
- Experience with C-level stakeholders to build a strong strategy and buy-in both among senior management and on the cross-organizational level.
- Building empowered teams that solve real problems and have the understanding and focus to build great outcomes over just output
- Having a strong sense of ownership and collaborating closely with others to solve problems.
- The entrepreneur mindset to minimize waste by quickly testing ideas, assessing product risks early, embracing rapid experimentation with prototypes, and testing ideas or building innovative solutions.
- Using data to validate decisions - instead of just shipping a feature - ability to identify problems worth solving based on customer or merchant insights and identified market opportunities.
- An individual comfortable communicating in Polish (C1) and English (B2).
