  • Experience in building quarterly product plans and multi-quarter product visions, including setting clear increments and expected outcomes.
  • Experience with C-level stakeholders to build a strong strategy and buy-in both among senior management and on the cross-organizational level.
  • Building empowered teams that solve real problems and have the understanding and focus to build great outcomes over just output
  • Having a strong sense of ownership and collaborating closely with others to solve problems.
  • The entrepreneur mindset to minimize waste by quickly testing ideas, assessing product risks early, embracing rapid experimentation with prototypes, and testing ideas or building innovative solutions.
  • Using data to validate decisions - instead of just shipping a feature - ability to identify problems worth solving based on customer or merchant insights and identified market opportunities.
  • An individual comfortable communicating in Polish (C1) and English (B2).

What we offer:

  • A hybrid work model that you will agree on with your leader and the team. We have well-located offices (with fully equipped kitchens and bicycle parking facilities) and excellent working tools (height-adjustable desks, interactive conference rooms).
