In our Post-Purchase domain, we focus on supporting customers throughout their journey after placing an order. Our mission is to build trust and security for our buyers while empowering Allegro Partners through robust complaint and dispute management services, accessible via our platform and public API.
We also deliver internal tools for our first-line support teams to ensure seamless service. We take full ownership of our products from end to end, which allows us to stay agile and adapt our systems to international legal requirements and the evolving needs of all our users.
We work in cross-functional teams where diverse technologies converge to drive Allegro’s success. Our team consists of backend and frontend specialists, supported by Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data Analysts.

Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.

The salary range for this position depending on the skill set is as follows (contract of employment, tax-deductible cost):

Code in Kotlin or Java and are eager to master Kotlin by taking part greenfield project
