Opis stanowiska

About the Role:

Join the internal domain team supporting and scaling Allegro’s financial and procurement systems. We are looking for a skilled SAP MM (Procurement) / Vendor Management Consultant to actively develop our back-office logistics and material management processes.

This role goes beyond standard maintenance. You will work hands-on with module implementations, seamless system integrations (P2P). As we gear up for our S/4HANA migration, you will play a role in refactoring legacy setups, optimizing Vendor Onboarding processes and expanding modern supplier evaluation tools. If you are a solution-oriented professional focused on corporate system excellence, this is the place to grow and shine.

What you'll do:

  • Drive Implementation & Projects: Actively participate in the full lifecycle of SAP MM/Procurement module implementations and rollouts. Drive the Vendor Onboarding process and support supplier evaluation/scorecard tools from initial business requirement analysis to system configuration and testing.

  • Participate in the S/4HANA Transition: Actively participate in shaping our future purchasing architecture for the S/4HANA migration. Evaluate legacy procurement setups, eliminate technical debt, and drive the adoption of modern S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement standard practices.

  • Execute Business Analysis & Optimization: Translate complex business needs from Product Owners and procurement teams into scalable technical SAP solutions. Proactively optimize existing procurement, purchasing, and logistical processes to enhance system efficiency.

  • Master System Integration: Design, test and execute seamless integrations across the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) flow. Manage critical touchpoints between SAP MM and other modules (particularly FI/CO for automatic postings and SD), as well as external applications, SRM ecosystems (nice-to-have).

  • Deliver Documentation & Training: Prepare high-quality project documentation, functional specifications, and user manuals. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for business end-users to ensure smooth change management.

  • Ensure Maintenance & Support: Take ownership of day-to-day operations by resolving ongoing system issues (bugfixing) or users issues.

  • Champion AI & Automation In SAP: Drive innovation by supporting and expanding our internal AI Agent designed for SAP user support. Actively explore and implement AI-driven tooling and automation framework for SAP testing, documentation and process optimization to accelerate our time-to-market.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Solid Professional Experience: Several years of hands-on experience in SAP MM system implementation, customization or maintenance, with a proven track record within the material management, procurement and Vendor Onboarding areas.

  • Deep Functional Knowledge: Practical, expert-level knowledge of SAP Materials Management procurement business processes, with a strong focus on Procure-to-Order (P2O). Extensive experience in configuring both legacy Release Strategies and modern Flexible Workflows for purchasing documents. Cross-functional knowledge of the SD module or SRM is a strong plus, while warehouse management (WM/EWM) is optional.

  • S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement Readiness: Strong understanding of current SAP S/4HANA procurement standards - specifically Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) process flows in Sourcing&Procurement/Materials Management, combined with the analytical curiosity required to refactor legacy setups.

  • Technical Proficiency:  Experience with standard data migration and diagnostic tools like LSMW and SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit. Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps is required, alongside the ability to perform basic ABAP debugging to analyze system behavior (nice-to-have).

  • Interpersonal & Consulting Skills: Strong analytical thinking, an agile mindset and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional Scrum/Kanban teams. Exceptional communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and challenge the status quo when necessary.

  • Pragmatism & Agility: Excellent self-organization skills to manage concurrent priorities, and the ability to use modern engineering tools (including AI assistants) to optimize your workflow and deliver on time.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English for daily business communication (minimum B2) and Polish at a minimum C1 level.

What's in it for you:

  • Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4 days in the office / 1 day remote) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.

  • Long term discretionary incentive plan based on Allegro.eu shares (restricted stock units).

  • Annual bonus based on your annual performance and company results.

  • Well-located offices (with e.g. fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms).

  • A 16" or 14" MacBook Pro or corresponding Dell with Windows (if you don't like Macs) and all the necessary accessories.

  • A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g., medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).

  • English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job.

  • A training budget, inter-team tourism (see more here), hackathons, and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings.

  • An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people connected by a common goal.

  • Social events for Allegro people - Spin Kilometers, Family Day, Fat Thursday, Advent of Code, and many other occasions we enjoy.

And that's just the beginning! You can read more about the benefits here.
