Your main responsibilities:
- Identify and contact candidates using sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Facebook, and other tools to engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines by mapping the market for suitable candidates with specific competencies, ensuring constant contact and ongoing candidate engagement.
- Review applications and conduct screening calls to assess candidate suitability, providing feedback in line with relevant roles.
- Take care of candidates' experience throughout the recruitment process, offering timely and constructive feedback, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience during the candidate journey.
- Collaborate on talent mapping and market insights, participating in market research and providing valuable insights to guide sourcing strategies.
- Participate in Kick-Off meetings with hiring managers, aligning on candidate pools, sourcing strategies, and job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and align sourcing efforts with the company’s hiring needs, ensuring the right profiles are identified for each recruitment process.
- Suggest new sourcing tools and methods, utilizing out-of-the-box thinking to identify innovative ways to find new candidate source
This is the right job for you if you have:
- 3-5 years of experience in sourcing role.
- Very good knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray, GitHub, StackOverflow, and ATS systems (e.g., SAP SF).
- Proficiency in Boolean search.
- Ability to suggest additional sourcing tools and techniques to enhance the sourcing process.
- Creative and out-of-the-box thinking, with the ability to find and explore new sources of talent.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret sourcing data to improve candidate engagement and sourcing efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, being persuasive in discussions with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Good knowledge of the areas being sourced for, with the ability to quickly learn and understand various job profiles and competencies.
- Very good understanding of profiles being sourced for, with the ability to adjust sourcing strategies based on role requirements and candidate skills
