Job Description:
In the Partner Experience domain, we focus on the end-to-end journey of our Partners – including Merchants and Brands. Our mission is to shape how they interact with the platform and optimize the tools that are critical to their business success.
We aren't looking for someone who just "draws screens". We need a designer who understands the complexity of the Partner journey, can handle intricate business logic, and is ready to revolutionize the way our Partners manage their professional presence on the platform.
This is the right job for you if you:
- Have a proven track record of translating complex business logic into user-friendly interfaces.
- Are comfortable working with data-driven KPIs and technical constraints.
- Are a strong communicator who can navigate diverse stakeholder perspectives and advocate for the Partner experience.
- Can search for efficient solutions to meet users' requirements.
- Know English at B2 level or higher and Polish at minimum C1 level.
In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
- Shaping the journey: Designing core Partner-facing processes and seamless interaction channels across the ecosystem.
- End-to-end design: Translating user needs and business goals into clear, practical solutions, delivering everything from high-level concepts to production-ready assets.
- Collaboration: Working closely with Product, Tech, and Research teams to validate ideas and iterate quickly in an agile environment.
- Stakeholder management: Uniting and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure a cohesive experience.
What's in it for you:
- Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) — working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m..
- Well-located offices with fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, and terraces.
- Excellent work tools, including a 16" or 14" MacBook Pro or a corresponding Dell with Windows.
- A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan (medical, sports, or lunch packages).
- Paid English classes related to the specific nature of your job.
- A training budget, hackathons, and an internal learning platform.
- An additional day off for volunteering.
- Social events like Spin Kilometers, Family Day, and Advent of Code.
#goodtobehere means that:
- You will join a team you can count on — we work with top-class specialists who have knowledge-sharing in their DNA.
- You will enjoy high autonomy in team organization and the opportunity to try new things.
- You get to choose the technology that solves the problem and you are responsible for what you create.
- You will value our Developer Experience and the full ecosystem of tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and GitHub.
- You will be equipped with modern AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and focus on development.
- You will meet the Allegro Scale, working with over 1000 microservices and petabytes of data.
- You will become part of Allegro Tech, speaking at conferences, writing for our blog, or recording podcasts.
