Job Description

Your main responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive business and technical needs assessments.
- Prepare and develop detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Facilitate interviews/ workshops and meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities and prepares a documentation as on output.
- Conduct RFI/RFP process; prepare Capex/Opex input.
- Complete tool onboarding and decommissioning procedures.
- Build and regurarly update the roadmap for apps landscape.
- Cooperate with security teams and architect.
- Maintain technical documentation and documentation for end-users.
- Perform functional, integration, and acceptance testing of applications, define test scenarios by creating use cases and user stories.
- Create documentation and verify if implemented functionalities meet expectations, manage the bug backlog.
- Support end-users in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and analyze their feedback.
- Implement new apps, incl.: conduct legal aspects consultations (agreement, NDA), business requirements freeze, tests & UAT involvement.
- Lead project components and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Prepare orders and control costs, settle invoices in cooperation with vendor.
- Coordinate support/maintenance with vendor/partner.
- Develop application with vendor - communicate needs, requirements, bugs and challenges.
- Conduct vendors market analysis and research for alternatives.
- Prepare dedicated communication.
- Verify tools options and change management.
- Solve issues, provide materials, explain the options, plan further development, handle escalations, ensure user satisfaction.
- Get information, keep the finger on application release calendars: provide tests, communication, trainings.
- Cooperation with architect and ability to update required documentation / information.
- Independently identify potential risks, analyze the causes of incidents, propose preventive actions aimed at minimizing the risk.
- Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor their effectiveness, prepare detailed reports.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments independently; develop and implement risk mitigation plans.
- Creating DRP documents in cooperation with administrators and architect.
- Control expenses according to the planned budget; Process invoices.
- Monitor and keep track of situations in terms of incident/problem management; Conduct communication to users / internal teams / vendor.
- Coordinate PostMortem preparation and action after failure to solve the root causes of the problem.
