Behind every great promotion is someone who knows how to coordinate the right offer, timing, and execution. As a Campaign Specialist at Allegro, you’ll be responsible for turning campaign plans into action - making sure everything runs smoothly, from initial planning to final wrap-up.

You’ll join the first-party seller Transformation department and work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Platform Campaign, and Operational Tools teams. This role is for someone who thrives on ownership, precision, and making sure everything is buttoned up before launch.

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of first-party seller promotional campaigns - from setup through go-live and wrap-up
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define campaign scope, pricing, selection, and timelines
  • Gather inputs from Sales, validate product selection, and ensure pricing is accurate
  • Manage campaign tooling and processes to guarantee operational excellence
  • Analyse performance data (GMV, conversion, traffic) and draw insights for future optimisations
  • Respond to changes mid-campaign - whether stock-related or performance-driven
  • Build internal relationships across commercial, tech, and marketing teams to get things done on time

We are looking for people who:

  • Have experience in e-commerce, retail, or similar fast-paced commercial environments
  • Understand how promotional campaigns work and how to run them effectively
  • Can coordinate and influence multiple teams without being "just a messenger"
  • Are data-literate, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Are fluent in Polish (C1) and English (B2)
  • (Nice to have) Background in Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, or Commercial Excellence
