Campaign Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented, analytical marketing professional ready to take ownership of end-to-end campaign execution? We are looking for an experienced Campaign Specialist to play a critical role in driving our promotional activities and achieving commercial success.
Your main responsibilities:

Serve as the primary partner for the Sales Team & Central Campaign Team regarding current and upcoming campaigns,

Present thorough understanding of campaign outline incl. campaign entry criteria and deadlines,
-
Prepare and finalize with sales team the list of products to be nominated to each campaign,
-
Manage the end-to-end campaign process (from preparation through execution),
-
Run real-time error checks and execute necessary adjustments,
-
Prepare detailed reporting and summary documents for both campaign pre-evaluation and post-evaluation,
-
Work closely with multiple departments, including Sales, Central Campaign, Pricing, Inventory Control, Analysts, Marketing, and Trade Marketing, to ensure campaign success.
This is the right job for you if:

You have 3-5 years of professional experience in campaigns & promotions, pricing and/or revenue management, specifically within the e-commerce, retail or commerce sectors,

You have a proven track record of working effectively with and managing campaigns,
-
You have strong analytical skills and high attention to details,
-
You are highly proficient with Excel and/or Google Sheets,
-
You are very well-organized, stress-resilient, and capable of working effectively under time pressure,
-
You are a highly communicative individual who can liaise effectively with internal and external teams,
-
You communicate perfectly in Czech and you are fluent in English (both written and spoken),
-
You are able to present findings & recommendations in a crystal clear way.
