Job Description

Your main responsibilities:

 

In this role you will be responsible for marketing communications and promotional activities to build brand awareness and boost the acquisition of e-shops (sellers) and end-customers in Czechia to ONE by Allegro delivery methods both for allegro platform and off the platform. The person will be responsible for initiatives that drive parcel volume to One CZ (including B2B and B2C activities).

You will be part of a wider marketing team, cooperating on common projects as well as having ownership and responsibility for your own initiatives and their outcomes. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with the sales team in order to develop partnerships with top potential B2B e-shops.

You will be involved in the following activities related to building brand awareness, sellers and end-customers acquisition and retention, using marketing channels such as digital advertising, SEO, social media, email or direct marketing and content creation:

 

  • Translation of business goals into planning and execution of creative communication campaigns

  • Initiation and execution joint promotions with partners: e-shops, e-shop platforms or logistic integrators to gain new customers, acting also as the marketing counterpart for the Sales team and participating during meetings.

  • Cooperation with partnering e-shops to maximise visibility of One by Allegro delivery methods in the basket

  • Developing creative strategies to build brand awareness and customer and sellers growth

  • execute marketing campaigns from concept to briefing the planning and execution

  • report on the progress of acquiring sellers and end-customers on and off Allegro platform to One by Allegro CZ methods together with the analytical teams

  • Support broader brand-building and general marketing initiatives beyond performance campaigns — including content, creatives, website, and other foundational marketing efforts.

  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials and promotional content tailored for partners

  • Oversee the budget efficiency

  • Communication and overseeing cooperation with agencies

This is the right job for you if are:

 

  • Data driven mindset to be able to assess the impact of communications activities, impact on volume growth and e-shops and end-customers acquisition

  • Understanding on how sales targets can be translated into marketing plans aiming for business growth

  • Self driven and comfortable of taking decisions within a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable with a two-speed approach of balancing long-term and short-term objectives and planning

  • Ability to adapt flexibly to dynamic market and internal conditions to be able to propose activities for customers in reaction to our competitors and market trends.

  • Project management/ project planning in order to be able to plan acquisition campaigns with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Allegro environment and also external agencies

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) to present the projects initiatives and results to the wider group e.g. sales department Team collaboration to collaborate with Communications  team, Product Team, Research Team, Technology Team, Sales and Operations

  • Understanding the sales process and sales channels work

  • Time management (based on deadlines to conduct the campaigns within given timelines)

 

Requirements

  • English language (B2/C1)

  • Czech language (native)

  • At least 4 years of experience in the marketing/digital marketing field

  • Experience in logistics or e-commerce (nice to have)

 

Required marketing skills/knowledge in the following areas:

 

  • Digital Marketing

  • Marketing Automation 

  • Website Optimization/Analytics

  • Conversion Optimization
