Delivery Growth and Promotion Specialist

Your main responsibilities:

• Maintain and regularly update the marketing and communication budget for the Delivery Growth team, monitor spend vs. plan, and ensure data accuracy

• Prepare and manage retention and engagement communication for delivery partners (e.g., e-shops, integrators) through email campaigns and other channels

• Support in building, testing, and optimizing communication journeys for both partners and customers, ensuring timely and relevant messaging

• Support production of branded materials (manuals, banners, creatives, presentations) and ensure consistency with brand guidelines

• Support planning and execution of joint promotions with delivery partners and internal stakeholders, coordinating timelines, assets, and deliverables

• Track campaign performance and budget KPIs, prepare regular reports, and support optimization recommendations

• Cooperate with product, creative, CRM, and analytics teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing initiatives

This is the right job for you if:

• You have 1–2 years of marketing/digital marketing experience  

• You have experience with digital channels (social media, email, basic SEO, paid ads)                                  

• You  have basic knowledge in analytics to read campaign reports and performance dashboards    

• You have knowledge of content creation processes 

• You are cooperative and can engage others

• You  have initiative and a proactive approach to assigned tasks

• You  have high interpersonal skills

• You speak Czech and English fluently
