About the job:

You will be responsible for providing 2nd line support for the Prague offices, serving our Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian employees. Your duties will include ensuring employees are adequately equipped with necessary hardware and software, and offering advanced support for issues that exceed the capabilities of 1st line support. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with 3rd line support support teams, primarily system administrators, specialized teams for printing and video conferencing solutions, and the network team, among others.

We are looking for people who:

  • Can quickly learn and troubleshoot new or unfamiliar devices and software.

  • Have supported Windows and Mac OS devices in corporate environments.

  • Can provide quality support to internal employees while following correct procedures.

  • Like the idea of working in an international environment with the potential to travel.

  • Want to constantly develop and update their knowledge;

  • Know English (at least B2 level);

  • Know Czech (at least B2 level).

  • ITIL certification is a plus.

  • Driver’s licence is a plus (category B).

In your daily work you will:

  • Handle a broad range of IT support requests, including network troubleshooting, application support, and user account management.

  • Independently troubleshoot and find solutions to problems.

  • Design and implement solutions and spot problems, retest them, and provide all necessary information in created tickets.

  • Update and create knowledge base articles based on feedback from the team.

  • Effectively support a single platform/system and manage tasks by prioritizing them effectively and escalating issues as needed.

  • Work independently and may mentor junior staff, providing constructive feedback.

  • Pursue industry certifications, contribute to internal knowledge sharing, and develop skills in well-known directions.
