Manager, 1P Transformation

Intro
Allegro is undergoing a major transformation effort to restructure and merge its 1P (first-party) business across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Transformation Manager to lead this critical initiative, drive Commercial Excellence, and ensure the successful restructuring of our business.
Your main responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, task breakdown, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Execute project tasks and activities, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify potential roadblocks.
- Implement corrective actions to address project challenges and ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments and levels of the organization.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather input, build consensus, and drive decision-making.
- Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization within the scope of the transformation project.
- Design and implement new processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge repositories.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the transformation project, including performance metrics, customer insights, and market trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
- Change Management:
- Support the implementation of change management initiatives related to the transformation project.
- Communicate effectively with impacted teams and individuals, addressing concerns and promoting adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Contribute to the development and execution of training and communication plans.
This is the right job for you if have:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
- Fluent English (C1); Czech, Polish, or Hungarian would be an advantage.
- Proven track record in managing/co-leading large-scale transformation programs (within the e-commerce industry is a plus). Experience in leading Transformation projects and/or proven track record in Management Consulting.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project), collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams), data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Google Workspace is a plus but not required.
