Project Planning & Execution:
-
Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, task breakdown, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

Execute project tasks and activities, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify potential roadblocks.

Implement corrective actions to address project challenges and ensure on-time and within-budget delivery

Stakeholder Management:
-
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments and levels of the organization.
-
Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather input, build consensus, and drive decision-making.

Process Improvement & Optimization:
-
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization within the scope of the transformation project.

Design and implement new processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.

Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge repositories.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
-
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the transformation project, including performance metrics, customer insights, and market trends.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.
-

Change Management:
-
Support the implementation of change management initiatives related to the transformation project.

Communicate effectively with impacted teams and individuals, addressing concerns and promoting adoption of new processes and technologies.

Contribute to the development and execution of training and communication plans.

Na czym polegać będzie Twoja praca?
Szukamy osób, które:
-
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
-
Fluent English (C1); Czech, Polish, or Hungarian would be an advantage.
-
Proven track record in managing/co-leading large-scale transformation programs (within the e-commerce industry is a plus). Experience in leading Transformation projects and/or proven track record in Management Consulting.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project), collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams), data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Google Workspace is a plus but not required.
