Obchodní zástupce - Key Account Manager

Allegro, which currently operates in Central and Southern Europe, is constantly growing, and so is our sales team. We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager whose task will be to expand and take care of the entrusted portfolio of business partners, build long-term relationships and provide support for further growth.
Do you have 2 or more years of experience in business, where you were responsible for acquisitions, among other things? Ideally in e-commerce or retail? If so, we would be very happy to meet you.
What will you be doing with us?
- Search, acquisition and onboarding of new business partners (merchants).
- Building and maintaining positive long-term relationships with key suppliers and brands in given categories.
- Implementing a business plan for a given category of business partners.
- Collaborating on the creation and implementation of business partner development plans in a given category, including promotions and sales campaigns.
- Monitoring the growth of key business partners and searching for opportunities to support their development and business growth.
- Educating and supporting key partners by providing information on relevant changes, in cooperation with the training team.
- Close cooperation with Category Owners, DEX / Merchant teams, Customer Experience (CX), Legal Department and other business teams.
What will you need for this?
- Czech (min. C1) and English (min. B1).
- Experience (at least 2 years) with acquiring new customers and taking care of them in the field of e-commerce or retail (ideally from FMCG or Health & Beauty).
- Communication skills: ability to negotiate, present solutions, convince the client, stakeholder management, teamwork.
- Adaptability and flexibility: from time to time you may have to go into the field.
- Time management.
- Knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of SalesForce an advantage.
