Job description

Your main responsibilities:

- Develop and implement PPC campaign strategies across various platforms, proficiently managing bidding strategies, ROI optimisation, and A/B testing.
- Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns for better performance, employing a data-driven approach to identify actionable insights.
- Analyse campaign performance data to extract actionable insights and optimise future campaigns, utilising analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders, showcasing KPIs, trends, and recommendations.
- Plan and allocate PPC budgets effectively, using solid knowledge of budgeting and forecasting campaign performance.
- Monitor spending to avoid overages and ensure campaigns stay within the allocated budget while achieving target KPIs.
- Proactively participate in building internal optimisation tools that are used across all markets, working closely with the internal team.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in campaigns through in-depth analysis and testing.
- Recommend and implement new PPC strategies or targeting methods to drive better ROI.
- Design and implement advanced strategies, such as conversion value rules and new customer acquisition, to enhance the customer journey and increase ROI.
- Provide mentorship to junior specialists to uplift overall team standards and gain knowledge of BigQuery (BQ), Looker Studio, and available Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.
- Balance short-term performance with a long-term strategy, making holistic decisions that benefit the company.
- Lead projects that require collaboration across departments, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
- Achieve significant improvements in campaign performance and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Conduct thorough analyses to uncover insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Streamline complex processes and find ways to simplify workflow for greater efficiency.
- Prioritise team success and business goals over individual goals.
- Engage in constructive debates and align with team decisions, driving them forward with commitment.
- Proactively identify and resolve complex issues, providing solutions that benefit the team and business.
