ABOUT THE TEAM
The Retail Media team supports companies operating on the Allegro platform in effectively leveraging advertising tools – from building brand awareness to driving performance-based results. Our goal is to ensure that every brand or seller, regardless of size, can achieve sustainable growth on our platform.
As a Retail Media Partner, you will join a team that serves as a “growth engine” for hundreds of brands & sellers. Your role will combine analytics, commercial acumen, and education to deliver measurable results for partners and support their further development across the CZ, SK, and HU markets.
Main Responsibilities
Growth Driver:
Strategically plan marketing activities for brands and sellers to drive growth and increase market share
Achieve revenue targets by managing an assigned client portfolio and acquiring new partners to maximize media revenues
Prepare offers and develop strategic media plans in line with both Allegro’s business strategy and the client’s objectives
Support our clients in scaling their business through tailored advertising and data-led media strategies
Partner Relationship Management:
Build and strengthen partnerships with client groups to support and maximize the achievement of KPIs, understanding their business, media, and sales goals both on and off the Allegro platform
Educate clients by presenting new advertising solutions, leading webinars, and sharing best practices
Campaign Strategy & Optimization:
Regularly evaluate client campaigns, assess effectiveness, provide recommendations, and conduct ongoing audits of launched Allegro ads.
Become an expert in Allegro media solutions, ensuring campaigns deliver high ROAS, brand visibility, and measurable results
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Collaborate daily with other Allegro departments (Vendor Team, Project Management Team, Partner Success Team, etc.) to design and implement client-specific solutions
Administrative Expert:
Perform regular administrative tasks, including invoicing, media booking, and maintaining financial records for media revenue tracking in internal tools

This is the right job for you if:
- University degree (at least a Bachelor’s)
- 2 - 4 years of experience in an e-commerce / marketplace or media environment (Retail media background is a plus)
Results-driven professional with strong negotiation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Independent, responsible, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines while collaborating effectively with teams - Able to adapt to a fast-changing e-commerce environment
- Excellent analytical and data storytelling skills; advanced Excel (SalesForce, Looker/Tableau experience is a plus)
Confident presenter with experience engaging senior clients and cross-functional stakeholders - Fluent in Czech/Slovak and full business proficiency in English
