Job description

What you'll be doing:

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Sales Operations Specialists, guiding them to facilitate the daily execution of tasks and act as SPOCs for key cross-departmental collaborations.
  • Growth Enabler Coordination: Oversee the unlocking of growth enablers related to Campaigns, Advertising, Marketing, and Analytics. 
  • Category Interface: Act as a key interface for category teams, ensuring their input is included in the sales strategy and sales inputs are captured by them.
  • Operational Framework Development: Establish a framework for the execution of operational tasks for the sales team, including preparing merchant presentations, managing event presence, supporting internal events, and executing quarterly portfolio reviews. This ensures KAMs execute the "next best actions" for each account.
  • Incentive Program Management: Manage incentive programs to drive local merchant GMV
  • CRM Oversight: Ensure CRM adoption and reporting are fully in place and operational.
  • Service Provider Network Development: Collaborate with the merchant success team to develop a service provider network
  • People Leadership: Manage recruitment strategies for your own team, oversee functional onboarding for new employees, provide continuous feedback, mentoring, coaching, and development opportunities to unlock their potential and increase performance.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Excellent English proficiency (C1); knowledge of Czech is an asset.
  • Background in consulting, business process optimization, or e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including managing direct reports.
  • Strong analytical thinking, data-driven mindset, and problem-solving abilities—business analysis experience is an asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written), presentation skills, and public speaking ability.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, negotiation, and fostering team collaboration.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and excellent time management skills (based on deadlines).
  • Experience in process designing and optimization, along with project management/planning.
  • Experience in implementing and working with sales modules in CRM is a strong asset.
