Main Responsibilities

- Handle cases from customers (omnichannel) with experienced CX employee support.
- Build positive relationships with merchants and customers, as well as business partners.
- Update knowledge daily: CX support standards and operational procedures.
- Follow customer service procedures (e.g. processing and editing data in customer service systems).

- Build positive relationships with merchants and customers, as well as business partners.
- Update knowledge daily: CX support standards and operational procedures.
- Follow customer service procedures (e.g. processing and editing data in customer service systems).

- Posiadają doświadczenie w obsłudze Klienta, najlepiej w następujących kanałach kontaktu: mail, telefon, czat, WhatsApp, Messenger
- Mają doświadczenie w obsłudze sklepów internetowych
- Są elastyczne, gotowe do pracy w systemie równoważnym (również godziny nocne, weekendy oraz święta)
- Doskonale znają język polski w mowie i piśmie
- Dobrze znają język angielski i nie mają oporów, aby używać go w kontakcie z Klientami
- Bardzo dobrze znają platformę Allegro
- Potrafią analizować dane z różnych źródeł oraz pracować w kilku systemach jednocześnie
- Posiadają ponadprzeciętne zdolności komunikacyjne i lubią kontakt z Klientem
- Są osobami otwartymi i pełnymi energii, a satysfakcja Klienta jest dla nich najważniejsza
