Job description

Value Proposition Manager will be responsible for translating the "why" into the "what," playing a critical role in the campaign preparation stage, then supporting flawless campaign execution (of key promotional events), making sure campaigns deliver commercial and strategic goals.

 

Your main responsibilities:

 

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive promotional campaigns aligned with overall business objectives and marketing goals.

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify promo opportunities.

  • Define campaign objectives, assortment, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budgets.

Campaign Execution & Management

  • Responsible for promo execution, including proper assortment selection, and campaign timeline management.   

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness.   

Promotion Development & Optimization

  • Prepare data driven recommendations related to promo mechanisms development and optimization (incl. Discounts structure, coupons mechanics and other; depending on campaign format).

  • Play pivotal role in developing customer engagement and long-term value creation through campaigns. 

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and analyze key campaign metrics (e.g., sales, website traffic, conversion rates, campaign profitability) to measure campaign effectiveness.

  • Perform campaign post-evaluation to identify areas for improvement.   

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.

This is the right job for you if:

 

  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in campaigns & promotions, pricing and/or revenue management, specifically within the e-commerce, retail or commerce sectors.
  • You have a proven track record of working effectively with numbers and a dynamic environment of managing campaigns.

  • You have strong analytical skills and high attention to details.

  • You are highly proficient with Excel and/or Google Sheets.

  • You are very well-organized, stress-resilient, and capable of working effectively under time pressure.

  • You are a highly communicative individual who can liaise effectively with internal and external teams.

  • You communicate perfectly in Czech and you are fluent in English (both written and spoken).

  • You are able to present findings & recommendations in a crystal clear way.
