Dispatcher

What will your responsibilities be?

• Coordinating the daily operations of the courier team regarding delivery and collection of shipments;

• Settling couriers' accounts for assigned shipments, documentation, company assets, and cash;

• Optimizing courier routes;

• Timely entering data into the warehouse management system;

• Cooperating with Carriers and Couriers;

• Organizing and conducting training sessions for Carriers and Couriers;

• Supporting Couriers in their daily work, ensuring their motivation and professional development;

• Reporting Couriers' performance and results to the Manager

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience in a similar position within a courier/express delivery company;
• Have communicative Polish skills;

• Are familiar with MS Office, especially basic Excel (nice to have);

• Have a secondary education;

• Possess good knowledge of the city's topography;

• Stand out with strong communication skills and enjoy working with others - we are a team-oriented environment;

• Are capable of making independent decisions and operating effectively under stress;

• Are open to shift work.
