Operations Process Leader

Your main responsibilities:

- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure the efficient and timely unloading and loading of linehaul operations at the depot;
- Ensure accurate and on-time sorting of shipments assigned to courier delivery routes;
- Handle damaged parcels in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines;
- Report the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain operational continuity;
- Collaborate and communicate actively with other departments to support cross-functional efficiency.

This is the right job for you if you have:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a warehouse or courier company;
- Ability to delegate tasks, plan and organize work;
- Knowledge of MS Office;
- Knowledge of Health & Safety (BHP) and Fire Safety regulations (PPOŻ);
- Ability to make independent decisions and act effectively under pressure;
- Strong communication skills and effective daily teamwork;
- High level of personal culture and professionalism;
- Openness to work in shifts.
