Operations Process Leader

Your main responsibilities:
-Coordinate daily team operations in a courier shipment warehouse.
-Ensure accurate and timely sorting of shipments to the respective branches.
-Handle damaged shipments in accordance with established procedures.
-Eliminate downtime and optimize warehouse processes.
-Support your team in their daily tasks.
-Report team performance results to the Manager.
This is the right job for you if:
-You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a warehouse or courier environment.
-You are skilled in delegating tasks, planning, and work organization.
-You are proficient in MS Office.
-You know Health & Safety and Fire Safety regulations.
-You are communicative and a team player – teamwork is our daily standard.
-You can make quick, independent decisions.
-You have a professional demeanor and high personal standards.
-You are willing to work in shifts.
