The primary purpose of the role is to manage and drive key projects that transform administrative and office management processes across our offices in Poland and the CEE5 region. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of administrative initiatives, streamlining operations, and delivering a modern, effective work environment that aligns with our cultural transformation. The Administrative and Process Optimization Lead will be a critical support function for senior leadership, providing project expertise and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

- leading the HR strategic projects identified and prioritized in the People & Culture area,
- preparing adequate tools & processes related to efficient project management,
- managing project teams to obtain the best results under time constraints,
- proposing KPIs and success matrix for projects,
- managing change, implementing and communicating calendar for projects to identified stakeholders,
- cooperating with different stakeholders to translate projects into processes,
- reviewing after project implementation,
- proposing actions related to constant process improvement.
Szukamy osób, które:
- At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects
- Experience in process mapping and process optimization, in area of building administration
- Highly flexible and agile approach to be able to deliver in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and high-volume environment, with the ability to be strategic and tactical when needed
- Experience in creating and/or using project management tools, working in different project methodologies
- Ability to collaborate on differnet levels of the organization, with multiple stakeholders
- Strong execution capability: independent, able to prioritize, create solutions and devise action plans, negotiate for resources and support, drive collaboration and manage stakeholders to make and deliver commitments through structured and pragmatic organizational processes
- Highly flexible and agile approach to be able to deliver in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and high-volume environment, with the ability to be strategic and tactical when needed
