Advertising Project Manager

Your main responsibilities:

Lead and deliver end-to-end, complex advertising and marketing campaigns (including 360° campaigns) for top brands and sellers on Allegro across multiple platforms

Coordinate cross-functional production teams (sales, graphic designers, AdOps, legal, and other internal departments) to ensure flawless campaign execution, timing, and quality

Create high-quality sales enablement materials, bespoke client proposals, pitch decks, campaign scenarios, and post-buy summaries tailored to various client budgets

Co-create and expand the advertising product offering for Allegro Advertising Office, shaping internal project management standards and workflows

Monitor, optimize, and evaluate campaign efficiency and performance metrics, turning data into actionable recommendations and case studies for clients

Manage end-to-end documentation, contract alignment with legal, and project risks, ensuring all advertising packages are market-ready

Leverage AI tools and modern technologies to streamline internal processes, enhance delivery speed, and elevate client presentation standards
This is the right job for you, if you:

Have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in managing marketing and advertising projects, including multi-channel 360° campaigns (digital, ad formats, social media, offline)

Possess an analytical mindset with strong data literacy, enabling you to evaluate performance metrics and translate them into valuable business insights

Excel in cross-functional coordination, showing strong leadership to motivate, engage, and organize large project teams across various departments

Demonstrate high ownership, structured organization, and a calm, decisive approach when operating under time pressure or handling crisis situations

Are proactive and solution-oriented, eager to introduce new project standards, test innovative technologies (including AI tools), and shape business offers

Speak and write fluent English and Polish (C1 level), allowing seamless communication with both local and international clients and stakeholders
