B2B Digital Marketing Expert (Delivery)

Main Responsibilities::
-Work proactively with leadership and key stakeholders to co-create & execute communication strategy for Delivery Speed Acceleration initiative according to given KPIs and company's business objectives
-Coordinate cooperation with Delivery Partners, Carrier Management, Customer Experience and other stakeholders to effectively communicate changes, requirements and provide the best delivery experience for merchants on the platform
-Drive inbound marketing activities to acquire and sustain sellers in the services
-Educate sellers about the service and benefits of decreasing parcels dispatch time
-Define and implement best practices, standards and processes to drive successful sellers understanding and preparation for pick seasons
-Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
-Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. tech, product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
We are looking for people who have:
-Have at min. 4 years of work experience in digital marketing or communication area (preferably in logistic or e-commerce area)
-Have 2+ years experience in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns including target group segmentation and content creation
-Have very good knowledge of marketing processes, marketing tools, inbound marketing channels
-Have analytical approach and good problem solving skills (Tableau, DataStudio, PowerBi - analytics tools familiarity is a plus)
-Are good organizer and have the ability to manage multiple projects
-Are goal-oriented, focused on achieving high impact results
-Work effectively in English (B2+)
-Direct sales experience is a plus
