Job description

Your main responsibilities:


- You will take part in creating communication for the Allegro brand and its sub-brands, as well as its implementation in multichannel campaigns.
- You will be developing communication toolkits for international markets.
- You will be responsible for translating consumer insights into specific campaigns and initiatives.
- You will manage a budget of several million.
- On a daily basis, you will cooperate with the best creative and media agencies, with multiple markets in Central Europe and with other functions in the organization.
- You will also focus on finding new, effective ways to reach your target audience.
- You will translate your actions into numbers to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns.
- You create memorable and engaging video ads.

This is the right job for you if:


- You have experience in planning and implementing 360 marketing campaigns for at least 5 years.
- You took part in creating communication strategies for brands, services or products.
- You have experience working with consumer insights and translating them into communication.
- You have designed and executed multiple brand activities and campaigns allowing effective product benefit communication and overcoming shopping barriers.
- You know how the video production process looks like and has experience in that area.
- You have knowledge of marketing research and knows how to use it in creating communication process.
- You have highly developed analytical skills and are able to analyse executed campaigns to formulate actionable conclusions.
- You are open-minded, looking for new solutions, pay attention to details.
- You have a track record of designing communications that drives change and influence customers behaviour.
- You have the ability to convince by data based communication both internal and external stakeholders.
- You are able to communicate effectively and with clarity both through oral and written communication.
- You know English very well (min. B2).
- You are xperienced in creating communication for various European markets is welcome.
