Your main responsibilities:
-Contributing to the development of Allegro’s communication and its implementation across multichannel marketing campaigns across various markets.
-Assessing the effectiveness of the current strategy and identifying opportunities for its expansion or further development.
-Leading end-to-end campaigns in external media and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
-Developing and delivering campaigns aimed at driving key brand consideration metrics, particularly price perception, value for money, and awareness of Allegro’s broad product selection.
-Managing a multi-million budget, covering both production and media spending.
-Collaborating closely with in-house teams, including Content, Digital, Research, and other key business functions.
-Working with media, creative, and production agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns.
-Actively identifying new and effective ways to reach target audiences.
-Measuring campaign performance and translating marketing activities into tangible business results through data and analytics.
-Driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives.
This is the right job for you, if you have:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns.
-Experience in delivering effective communication strategies and activities.
-Experience in working with market research data and translating insights into concrete communication actions.
-Full professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
-Experience in ATL media planning.
-Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently design and build a funnel of KPIs/metrics for marketing activities.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
-An open-minded approach, with a drive to go beyond conventional methods and explore innovative solutions.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
-Highly creative, naturally curious about the world, and highly adaptable to changing environments.
