Opis stanowiska

Join our team and blend creative vision with operational precision. In this role, you will take full ownership of initiatives from initial concept to successful implementation, designing out-of-the-box campaigns and optimizing processes that truly impact the experiences of millions of customers. If you thrive in a "can-do" culture and want to turn bold ideas into measurable business results – we are looking for you!

Your main responsibilities:

  • End-to-end Project Management & Operational Efficiency: Identify optimization opportunities within your area of expertise and independently manage small to medium-scale improvement projects from the initial concept and design phase through to successful implementation.

  • Analyze & Streamline workflows: Analyze existing operational data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and trends, then design and implement process improvements or automation solutions.

  • Manage operational processes: Oversee the execution of daily operational processes within your scope, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

  • Troubleshoot & Resolve issues: Actively troubleshoot operational issues, implement solutions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.

  • Data & Reporting: Develop, generate, and maintain reports on key operational metrics to provide data-driven insights to management.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and timely project updates.

  • Knowledge sharing: Identify and document best practices, contribute to the development of operational procedures, and share knowledge within the team.

  • Continuous development: Expand your expertise in process analysis, improvement methodologies, project management, and problem-solving to support overall team goals.

This is the right job for you if:

  • Are an expert in your field: You have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketing (a must-have) alongside a proven track record in project management.

  • Combine creativity with analytical skills: You stay ahead of trends, proactively propose innovative solutions, and back your actions with solid data analysis.

  • Act with agility: You thrive in a dynamic environment, excel at prioritizing your own tasks, and consistently hit deadlines.

  • Are a great communicator: You easily build strong relationships, collaborate smoothly across teams, and confidently present your recommendations.

  • Know English: You speak and write at a minimum B2 level, allowing you to work comfortably within an international team.

An additional asset will be:

  • Practical knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM).

What we offer:

  • An opportunity to gain valuable experience under a replacement employment contract (planned for approx. 1 year), with full access to our benefits package.

  • Flexible working hours in the hybrid model (4/1) - working hours start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We also have 30 days of occasional remote work.

  • A great learning opportunity, working with people coming from a lot of experience in top tier strategy consulting and e-commerce space.

  • Well-located offices (with e.g., fully equipped kitchens, bicycle parking, terraces full of greenery) and excellent work tools (e.g., raised desks, ergonomic chairs, interactive conference rooms).

  • A wide selection of fringe benefits in a cafeteria plan - you choose what you like (e.g., medical, sports or lunch packages, insurance, purchase vouchers).

  • English classes that we pay for related to the specific nature of your job.

  • A training budget, inter-team tourism and an internal learning platform where you will find multiple trainings.

  • An additional day off for volunteering, which you can use alone, with a team, or with a larger group of people connected by a common goal.

  • Social events for Allegro people - Spin Kilometers, Family Day, Fat Thursday, and many other occasions we enjoy.

And that's just the beginning! You can read more about the benefits here.
