Job description

We are looking for a proactive professional who seamlessly bridges operational excellence with business development—streamlining workflows in the following regions; EEA, APAC and CE-3, fostering strategic partnerships, and empowering our sales teams to hit ambitious targets.

What will you do:

  • Expand Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with key agencies and integrators across NL, DE, and PL to successfully onboard top merchants.

  • Empower Sales Operations: Facilitate day-to-day operational execution for KAMs/PSAs, co-manage merchant incentive programs, and ensure full CRM adoption & reporting in the following regions; EEA, APAC and CE-3.

  • Drive Process Excellence: Identify inefficiencies, analyze workflows, and independently lead process optimization and automation initiatives (OpEx).

  • Act as a Cross-Functional SPOC: Connect the dots with Marketing, Ads, Campaigns, Analytics, and Category teams to unlock new GMV growth enablers.

Who are we looking for:

  • Qualifications: University degree and fluent proficiency in both Polish and English, German will be a plus.

  • Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of the E-commerce , Marketplace landscape, Sales and establishing and maintaining partnerships.

  • Core Skills: Proven track record in stakeholder management, project management, "sales logic", analytical thinking, great communication skills and data-driven problem solving.

  • Mindset: High ownership, independency, reliability, and a continuous improvement approach.
