Business Product Manager (Partner Onboarding)

Your main responsibilities:

Oversee the creation of value proposition-based content (e.g., website copy, presentations, sales training materials).

Lead and ensure successful delivery of roadmap and results for business products that are either independent or contribute to larger business products or programmes.

Play a critical role in the marketplace strategic goal execution across all geographies (Poland, EEA, APAC, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary).

Coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with various teams.

Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives that support merchants - ensuring timely, efficient delivery within defined scope, budget and strategic objectives.

Define business requirements, partner closely with tech teams on process improvements, prioritise development efforts, coordinate with additional stakeholders (e.g. Customer Experience).

Make data-driven decisions: monitor key performance indicators, analyze operational and behavioral data, and extract actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and implement targeted process improvements that drive measurable business outcomes.

Conduct competitive analysis and identifying differentiation opportunities,

Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment and execution across multiple departments and stakeholders (Customer Experience, Engineering, Marketing),

Develop a comprehensive understanding of partner requirements for onboarding of merchants, brands and ecosystem partners

Have a detailed understanding of current onboarding processes and flows.
This is the right job for you if you have:

You have 3+ years of experience in product management or partnerships preferably in ecommerce. Demonstrated ability to lead independently complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.

Experience in leading successful collaboration, ensuring alignment and execution across multiple departments and stakeholders

Strong strategic skills and ability to define and drive business strategy, make data-driven decisions, analyze KPI and deliver measurable business outcomes using operational and behavioral insights.

A proactive, results-oriented mindset – you thrive working independently in a fast-paced, challenging project environment and consistently prioritize to deliver high-quality work.

Proficiency in English (C1 level).
Nice to have:

Knowledge of partner onboarding journey (e.g. familiarity with onboarding flows and requirements of partners, brands etc.).

Experience working across multiple markets/regions (e.g. Poland, EEA, APAC, CEE) and navigating local business nuances.
